We have not removed the print from the frame. Very good vintage condition. Frame is all-wood, painted gold with black in the deeply carved parts. Very good quality, sturdy and stable. Toning and some creasing around the baby's chin. Comes ready to hang. No funky odors.

    Here we have
    a framed very vintage/antique print/lithograph of one of Bessie Pease Gutmann's most-loved romanticized baby portraits ... "Awakening." Apparently this baby awakens with a gentle wave and a sweet smile. How come mine never did that???? ;) Framed in a carved wood frame under glass. Please forgive the many reflections in the photos.
