1) First and Middle Name
2) Birth Date, Weight, Length, and Time
3) Your choice of illustration (see pic for options)
4) Your choice of 3 or 4 colors (see Color Chart)
8x10 prints are printed on quality 8.5"x11" glossy photo paper. Sizes 11x14 and larger are printed on matte photo paper and are trimmed to size (no border). Your print will not have the watermark as shown.
